Key Project Activities
1. Research & Data Phase
- Survey Design: Developing the TPB-based questionnaire to capture essential behavioral drivers.
- Survey Implementation: Engaging 300+ winery owners across the V4 region and Ukraine.
- Data Processing: Cleaning, preparation, and advanced interpretation through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
2. Stakeholder Engagement (Workshops)
- Goal: Validating findings with local practitioners to ensure the toolkit is grounded in reality.
- Process: Facilitated discussions in five cities (Pécs, Wrocław, Prague, Odesa, Nitra) to co-design implementation pathways.
3. Output Development
- Comparative Insights: Draft reports on SEM modelling, providing a direct comparison between stable and crisis conditions.
- Sustainable Agritourism Toolkit: A practical, co-designed digital guide for wineries, featuring self-diagnostic tools and business templates.
- Policy Empowerment: Country-specific policy briefs (available in 5 languages) and public infographics to ensure our findings reach policymakers and wine consumers alike.
